Refund Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
We want you to try Content Shrimp risk-free, which is why Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required. This policy explains refunds on paid subscriptions. It is operated by Jord Digital Ltd (UK) and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial
You get 7 days of full Pro access before any charge. If Content Shrimp isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Monthly subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the free plan. Because you can cancel before each renewal, we generally do not refund a monthly charge for a period that has already started.
When we do refund
- Accidental or duplicate charges: if you were charged in error or twice, contact us and we will refund it.
- Something went wrong on our side: if a technical fault on our end stopped you using the Service for a meaningful part of a paid period, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- Goodwill window: if you are charged after the trial and are unhappy, email us within 14 days of that charge and we will consider a refund case by case.
How to cancel
Open the app, go to Settings and then "Manage plan & billing", and cancel from the billing portal. You can also email us and we will help.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Note that for digital services that begin immediately, some statutory cancellation rights may not apply once you have started using the paid Service — but our goodwill window above still applies.
