Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Content Shrimp ("the Service") is operated by Jord Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the app. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the free plan. Your saved brand setup is retained.

5. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains when refunds are and are not available.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the brand information you provide and of the content the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload or reference.

8. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate drafts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. We do not guarantee that output is factually correct, original, or that it will achieve any particular result, ranking, or reach. You are responsible for checking and editing content before use.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and brand (including the "Content Shrimp" name and logo) belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example payment, hosting, and AI providers). Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. Availability and "as is"

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, including content you publish.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that create risk for the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in the app). Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you additional rights.
